Frequency of using skininc trilight

What is the advise frequency of using trilight? What is the impact of overused?

pecksze i use once daily, per sesh is around 5-10 mins depending on how exhausted i am at the end of the day lol

I use it for 3-10 mins a day, have been working well for me

I use it for 8-10 mins once per week.

We should use it once a fortnight for best results.
